OLD FASHIONED CORN PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. corn, cream style
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt (if fresh corn is used)

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, then pour into a small casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
