OLD FASHION CORN BREAD 
Pour 1 cup boiling water over:

2 tbsp. oil
1 c. corn bread

Add:

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. buttermilk

Add:

1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour into oiled pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
