CUSTARD-LIKE CORN PUDDING 
2 c. grated fresh corn or 1 lb. can creamed corn put through sieve
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tsp. granulated sugar
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine corn, flour, milk, salt, pepper and sugar. Separate eggs. Beat yolks and add to mixture. Beat whites until fluffy and add to corn. Pour mixture into a loaf pan. Dot top with butter. Set loaf pan into a larger pan with about 2" of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until test with knife comes out clean.
