GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 can (15 oz.) green peas (sm. or med. are best)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion
2 hard-boiled eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. mustard (optional)

It's very simple! Peel eggs and dice. Drain green peas and dice onions. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill for 15 minutes more or less. Serve. This is a very easy recipe and it's quick.
