STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH SHRIMP 
Lg. mushrooms
Sm. shrimp
Tomato puree

1 tsp. garlic 1 tsp. parsley Bread crumbs 4 or 5 tbsp. cooking oil

Wash 10 to 20 large mushrooms and remove stems. Place small shrimp inside mushrooms, add a little bread crumbs. Add tomato puree on top of mushroom. Dice garlic and sprinkle on top of puree, also add parsley and very little cooking oil. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for half hour to 45 minutes.
