CHOCOLATE PLUNGE 
2/3 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate

In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In medium microproof bowl stir corn syrup and cream. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
