NUTTY CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 eggs
1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
6 oz. (1 c.) Nestle's Toll House semi-sweet morsels
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sweetened whipped cream topping (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl, beat eggs until well combined. Add Karo corn syrup, walnuts, Nestle's Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract; mix until well blended. Pour evenly into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. Cool completely.

Serve warm or cold with sweetened whipped cream, if desired; or wrap well and freeze for later use.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
