1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. apple pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. fresh chopped apples (about 3 to 4 med. ones)
1 c. nuts, chopped

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box 10X confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs. Then add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and apple pie spice. Add vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into 2 greased pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING: Beat cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
