FRESH APPLE CAKE III 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Wesson Buttery Flavor Oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped, grated apples
1/2 tsp. spice (Apple Pie Spice)

Cream together sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Add to first mixture. To this last mixture add coconut, chopped pecans, apples and spice. Bake in Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter

Combine ingredients in pan; boil 5 minutes. Stir until cooled a little and pour on cake.
