1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour - plain
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. white raisins
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend oil and sugar, add eggs and all dry ingredients except 1/2 cup flour. Add vanilla. Mix apples, pecans, raisins and coconut with the 1/2 cup flour; mix with batter. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

GLAZE:

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
