SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. torn spinach
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
3 red onions, sliced
Radishes sliced thin
4 to 6 oz. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic (or garlic salt)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Shake all ingredients until well blended. Pour over greens just before serving. Serves 6 to 8 people.
