CROCK-POT CHILI WITH BEANS 
2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans, drained
2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
2 med. onions, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder (more if you like it extra hot)
1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
1 tsp. cumin (optional)

Put all ingredients in crock-pot in the order listed. Stir through. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours. NOTE: Frozen onions and green peppers may be used.
