TOURTIERE DE NOEL 
2 lbs. ground pork tenderloin
1/4 lb. lean hamburger
8 lg. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Your favorite pie crust

Slice potato and onion and cook in small quantity of water. When potatoes soften, add meat and cook for about 5 minutes longer. Add seasoning and thicken with cracker crumbs. Fill double pie crust and bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. This batch of filling will make 2 pies.

This recipe has been handed down through generations of the Dallaire family and has been traditionally served on New Year's Eve.
