TOURTIERE (Meat Pie) | |
2 (9") pie crust (bottom only) 1 1/4 lb. ground beef 1 1/4 lb. ground fresh ham (not smoked) 1 1/4 tsp. salt 5/8 tsp. pepper 3/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. dry bread crumbs Mix together meat, spices and bread crumbs. Place in pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. |
