NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Combine and melt together the first five ingredients on low heat. Bring to a boil, then put on medium heat and cook to soft ball stage (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat. Stir in oats and peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper immediately.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
