GRANDMA'S GIBLET DRESSING
(STUFFING)
 
8-10 slices bread, toasted & crumbled
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, finely diced
Giblets, cooked & ground
1 1/4 c. broth (from cooking giblets)
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Stuff fowl (turkey or duck) with mixture. Stuffing for 1 bird.
