PUB'S BLACK & BLUE BURGER 
8 oz hamburger patty
1 oz red onions
1/2 tsp olive oil or butter
1 oz blue cheese
2 tomato slices
cajun seasoning

Grill the patty over white hot coals with a sprinkling of cajun seasoning.

Meanwhile, sauté the red onions using a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil or butter.

Top it with red fried onions, blue cheese and tomato slices. Serve on a buttered and grilled or toasted hamburger bun or bulkie roll.
