JACKIE'S CREOLE BURGERS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. creole seasoning (Tony's) 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 3 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts) 1 1/2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard (Gulden's) 8 pack hamburger buns Combine ground beef with dry seasonings in 3-quart non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Cook until browned, stirring frequently. Drain beef, return to stove, adding remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low, simmer for fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Toast hamburger buns if desired. Makes 8 servings. Submitted by: Mitsy & Mom |
