TANGY PORK STEAK 
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 pork blade steaks

Combine first 8 ingredients in a shallow pan. Place steaks in pan and turn over to coat well. Let stand at room temperature, turning meat every 15 minutes for 1 to 2 hours. Reserving marinade, place steaks on broiler pan or grill. Broil or grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
