CUBE STEAKS WITH ONION RELISH 
1 lb. onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cube chuck steaks

Cut onion into thin wedges. Saute in butter in large skillet over medium heat until browned, 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. stir in vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Wipe skillet with paper toweling. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Cook steaks in single layer, 1 minute each side. Serve with onion relish.
