CREME CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. ground nuts
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter

Put into large, 8 1/2 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat soft cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition. Add salt and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put on topping after the rest is baked. Bake 5 more minutes.
