EASY HOLIDAY DESSERT CRANMALLOW
CHEESECAKE
 
CRUST:

3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. walnuts or macadams, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. sugar

CHEESE FILLING:

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, nuts, butter, and sugar. Press onto bottom of 9 inch spring- form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped cream; pour over crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint sprigs, if desired. 10-12 servings.
