HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD | |
3 boxes raspberry Jello 1 qt whole cranberries 2 oranges 2 apples 1 can crushed pineapple 2 cups sugar Prepare gelatin using pineapple syrup as part of liquid. Chill until thickened slightly. Wash fruit thoroughly. Grind cranberries, apples and oranges (including peelings and rinds) Add pineapple. Add sugar to fruit just before folding into Jello. Chill. Submitted by: Elsie Minor |
