SUNSET SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 c. carrots, coarsely grated

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add pineapple with juice and lemon juice. Add carrots and pour into individual molds or salad mold. Double recipe for 9x13 baking dish. Serves 6 (single recipe).
