1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Orange peel for garnish
Fresh strawberry for garnish

In small bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, grated peel and vanilla, stir until smooth. Cover, refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with orange peel and fresh strawberry. Serve with strawberries or chilled fruit for dipping.
