REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. raisin bran cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. cooking oil
4 beaten eggs

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add liquids. Bake in muffin tins for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator.

By setting the time bake feature of your oven to turn on 15 minutes before your alarm, you can have a preheated oven and therefore hot muffins 20 minutes after arising!
