1 (16 oz.) pound cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs

Beat for 1 minute. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan, covering entire bottom of pan.

Beat together: 1 box confectioners' sugar (less 1/2 c.) 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Pour over top of cake mix in pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cake easily leaves the sides of the pan. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar when cool.
