FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1/4 c water
2 eggs
1/4 c soft butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c pecans, chopped
1/2 c Cool Whip
1/2 c various fruits

Line two 12-inch pizza pans with foil. Spray with Pam cooking spray. Combine 1/2 cake mix (dry), water, eggs, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Blend in remaining cake mix. Fold in nuts. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 F. Cool and remove foil. Spread Cool Whip on top of cake. Arrange fruit in circular pattern over topping. Can use strawberries, raspberries, blueberrries, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, grapes, etc. Brush with apricot glaze.

Apricot Glaze:

1/2 c apricot preserves
2 T water

Heat apricot preserves with water until perserves are melted. Remove from heat. Strain and cool.
