1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch of garlic salt

Melt butter, saute' pepper, celery and onion until tender. Add turkey and saute' until cooked. Drain off any fat. Add ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, Worestershire sauce, garlic salt. Cook until hot and bubbly. Serve on split hamburger buns.
