HEAVENLY JAM 
Six pounds ripe grapes, 5 pounds sugar, 5 oranges, 1 pound seeded raisins, 1 pound nut meats. Pulp grapes and cook separately, take out seeds, then add to skins. Grind raisins, oranges and nut meats, use rind of one orange. Put together and cook slowly 20 minutes.
