1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Form in small balls and roll in mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 teaspoon cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
