HOLIDAY JELLO 
1 small pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or cherries (optional)

Mix Jello with boiling water until dissolved. Cool until Jello is slightly set. Blend whipped cream, cottage cheese, pineapple, nuts and cherries. Add to Jello. Place in mold and refrigerate.
