WILD RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. turkey or seafood, diced
1/2 - 1 bunch green onions and tops, sliced
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
10 med. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced (optional)

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 c. half and half cream
Sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Toast 1 cup slivered almonds. Mix 3/4 cup into salad. Garnish with 1/4 cup almonds.
