ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
3 squash, sliced (should equal about 6 c.) 1/2 c. onion 1 c. shredded carrots 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. herb Stove Top dressing 1/2 c. melted butter Boil squash and onion 5 minutes in water; drain. Mix together carrot, soup and sour cream. Fold squash in gently. Mix 1 package dressing with melted butter. Place half the dressing in large casserole. Top with squash. Then top with the rest of the dressing. Cooked chicken can also be added. |
