TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburg
2 heads lettuce
3 or 4 tomatoes
2 med. onions
12-16 oz. grated orange longhorn cheese

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

FOR SALAD: Brown hamburg and sprinkle with garlic while cooking; drain good on paper towels. Mix with remaining ingredients; refrigerate.

FOR DRESSING: Mix together and when ready to eat add large bag of tortilla chips (crumbled) to salad.
