CREAM PIE FILLING 
3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Regular baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
Cool Whip

Heat milk. Add sugar and salt. Shake (cornstarch, milk, and egg yolks). Add to milk mixture. Thicken; add butter and vanilla. Use baked pie crust. Top with Cool Whip.
