AUNT MINA'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1-2 lbs. Browned Sausage
9 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tbsp. prepared Mustard
1 can Evaporated Milk
Dash of Pepper
1 lb. Grated Cheese
Seasoned Croutons

Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread sausage in pan. Combine eggs, soup, mustard, milk and pepper. Pour over sausage. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover, sprinkle with croutons and bake uncovered at 350°F for 45-60 minutes.

By varying the meats and cheeses, or adding potatoes, various spices or vegetables, you can create a tasty new dish each time you make it!
