SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. croutons (1 box)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Longhorn cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half (2% milk can be used)
1 tsp. salt

Place croutons in greased 13 x 9 x 2 casserole. Cook sausage until brown, crumble and drain well. Spoon over croutons. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk or cream and salt. Pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.

Bake at 350°F uncovered for 45 minutes or until set.
