SUNRISE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 lb. sausage, browned
1 (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
10 large eggs, mixed with 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix hash browns, sausage and 2/3 of cheese in buttered 9 x 13 dish. Pour egg/soup mixture over mixture, then top with remaining cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for approximately 50 minutes.

Can prepare casserole the night before and bake in the morning.
