CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. crisp rice cereal
6 oz. pkg. chocolate morsels
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until well blended. Stir in rice cereal; press 1/2 mixture into buttered 8 inch square pan. Set remainder aside. Stir over hot water chocolate morsel, confectioners sugar, butter, and water. Spread over rice in pan. Top with remaining rice cereal mixture. Chill. Yield 25 - 1 1/2 squares.
