SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. onion, minced 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 lb. med. size shrimp 1 lb. haddock 1 lb. crabmeat, flaked 2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. buttered bread crumbs Saute onions, green pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oil until soft; set aside. Cook shrimp in Old Bay seasoning and water until pink. Clean shrimp and devein. Boil haddock in cheesecloth bag with 1/2 teaspoon celery and 1/4 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes. Cut shrimp into halves and break haddock into bits. Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise. Put into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over top and bake 30 minutes or until browned and bubbling over all. Oven 350 degrees. |
