APRICOT AND PINEAPPLE JAM 
1 (11 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 1/4 c. sugar

Cut apricots into small pieces and soak overnight. Drain and mix with pineapple, juice and all. Add sugar and cook for about 20 minutes, being sure to use a heavy pan to prevent sticking. You don't have to seal to preserve.
