DELICIOUS LITTLE TRIFLES 
4 lady fingers or 1 c. cubed leftover cake
2 tbsp. raspberry jam
2 tbsp. sherry
1 (5 oz.) can Hunt's snack pack vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. orange juice
Whipped cream topping (optional)

Split lady fingers; spread split sides with jam. Cut in bite size pieces. Arrange in 2 stemmed dessert dishes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon sherry over each. In small bowl, blend Snack Pack pudding with orange juice. Spoon over lady finger pieces. Refrigerate several hours.

If desired, top with whipped cream and dot of jam just before serving. Makes 2 desserts.
