GREEK PASTA 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. black olives, halved
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil, saute garlic briefly. Add remaining ingredients; simmer on low 5 minutes.

Arrange spaghetti on warm platter; top with sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 2-4.
