1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage, set aside. Beat eggs. Add milk, and stir. Add dry Bisquick mix, and stir. Add Cheddar cheese. Stir in browned sausage. Pour into buttered 8x11 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and solid. Cut into squares and serve. Serves 6-8.
