SPICY NACHO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 env. Lipton nacho cheese recipe soup mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. coarsely chopped tomato
6 corn tortillas

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in chilies, then nacho cheese recipe soup. Mix thoroughly blended with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally - 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and tomato. In greased 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish, alternately layer tortillas and ground beef mixture ending with beef mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 4 servings.
