“SAUTEED KALE” IS IN:

SAUTEED KALE 
16 oz. GloryŽ Fresh Kale
2 garlic cloves (finely sliced)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red-wine vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste (about 1 tsp. each)
1/2 cup chicken/vegetable stock or water

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add sliced garlic and cook until soft. Add GloryŽ Fresh Kale and stock to pan, and increase heat to high, toss ingredients and combine.

Lower heat to medium and cover for 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook until all of the liquid has evaporated.

Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot.
