BOHEMIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)

First layer sauerkraut in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Next add onion slices, then pork chops, then top with tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
