PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. solid packed pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl cream oil and sugar. Stir in eggs and pumpkin. In separate bowl, blend flour, soda, salt, and pumpkin spice. Add sugar mixture, stir until blended. Pour into greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for about 60 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted comes clean.

Makes 2-9-inch loaves.
