PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 c. oil
2 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. nuts
2/3 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Blend together in the order given. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf pans, or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
